These modules are both relaxing and beneficial for the child and targeted at improving a child’s flexibility. They concentrate on strengthening certain parts of the child’s anatomy and individual muscles of the body.. It is simple enough for most children to practice unassisted, bringing them joy and calm. Parents also partake in these sessions to assist the child and at the same time find it soothing and therapeutic to relieve stress.

The pandemic has brought forth and fine-tuned the idea of helping parents to teach their special children. Through the course of the pandemic, she has continued the education of her students, unhindered with the supported of committed parents.
